Payment Terms
Full payment for your stay is required 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted when more than 5 days’ notice is provided before the scheduled check-in date. However 5 days are under, no refunds will be issued.
Changes to Stay Dates
In extreme or exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the Manager, we may allow guests to change the dates of their stay. Any approved date change will be subject to availability and any applicable difference in rates.
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
